HH the Deputy Emir Meets Outgoing Venezuelan Ambassador

Doha, February 27 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met at the Emiri Diwan office on Wednesday with Venezuelan Ambassador to Qatar Juan Antonio Herandez, on the occasion of the expiry of his tour of duty in the country. At the outset of the meeting, HH the Deputy Emir awarded the Venezuelan Ambassador the Sash of Merit in appreciation of his efforts in promoting the relations between the two countries, wishing him success in his future assignments and the relations between Qatar and Venezuela further progress and prosperity. For his part, the Venezuelan Ambassador expressed thanks and gratitude to HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent and the officials in the State for the cooperation accorded to him during his tenure in Qatar.
