HH the Deputy Emir Meets Outgoing Pakistani Ambassador

Doha, March 28 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met here at his Emiri Diwan office on Thursday morning with HE Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Qatar Mohamed Sarfaraz Ahmed on the occasion of the expiry of his tenure in the country. At the outset of the meeting, HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent awarded the Pakistani Ambassador the Sash of Merit in appreciation to his efforts to promote the relations between the two countries. HH the Deputy Emir wished the Ambassador success in his future assignments and the relations between Qatar and Pakistan more progress and prosperity. For his part, the Pakistani Ambassador expressed thanks and gratitude to HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent and the officials in the State for the cooperation accorded to him during his tour of duty.
