Doha, July 23 (QNA) - HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani sent today a cable of congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said of the Sultanate of Oman on the anniversary of his accession to the throne. (QNA)
