HE MOI Inaugurates New Security Complex in Rayyan

Doha , June 12 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for Interior Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani attended Tuesday the inauguration of a new complex for security and services in Al Rayyan. The Director General of Public Security (DGPS) Major General Sa'ad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi also attended the inauguration ceremony. Director of Al-Rayyan Security Department Brigadier Khalifa Abdullah Al Naimi then gave a speech after the inauguration ceremony, stressing on the important role the new complex will play in facilitating some of the Ministry's services. He also described some of the features of the complex and said that it will provide services relating to traffic department as well as the Passports and Expatriates Affairs. The speech was then followed by a documentary on the establishing of Al Rayyan security administration. The new Al Rayyan security complex was built on 28 thousand square meters of land, with the buildings occupying 17000 square meters . The total cost of the complex was QR 124 million. The Minister of Interior toured the various buildings of the complex at the end of the ceremony. (QNA)
