Hamad Medical Corporation Hosts Leading Surgeons

Doha, May 13 (QNA) - Hamad Medical Corporation will host two of the most prominent visiting surgeons as part of efforts to make it possible for patients to benefit from the services of the best international medical experts and consultants without travelling abroad. Dr. Thanos Padicas, a surgeon specializing in foot and ankle operations, will conduct a five-day visit to the Hamad General Hospital starting today, where he will meet patients at the outpatient clinic extension on Tuesday from 8 am to 3 pm, and on Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm. The surgeon will also discuss different cases with resident physicians, in addition to performing surgeries. The corporation will also host Professor Michael Onimas, a surgeon specializing in abnormal spine curving (Scoliosis), on June 13-25 and he will meet patients at the outpatient clinics on June 14,17,19,21, and 24 starting from 8 am, in addition to conducting surgeries.
