Foreign Ministry: We repatriated About 16041Citizens, stranded In More Than 22Countries Since The Beginning Of Closure And Suspension Flights Procedures

Baghdad / NINA /- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the repatriation about (16041) citizens stranded in more than (22) countries since the start of the procedures for the prohibition, closure and suspension of flights.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Al-Sahaf, said in a statement today that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the with efforts of our embassies deployed throughout the countries of the world, and with high standards by the Crisis Cell and the Protocols Department at the Ministry’s center and since the start of the closure procedures, and the suspension of flight worked hard to repatriate the Iraqis stranded in more From (22) countries, and repatriated (16041) citizens, by (81) air flights and (3) land trips, in coordination with the Iraqi airways, the civil aviation authority, and the relevant authorities in the workplaces of our diplomatic and consular missions.
He added, as the ministry is following with great interest the conditions of the infected from the Iraqi community wherever they are, and the number of the infected was (247), recovery (82), and deaths (36), in (22) countries. / End
