FM Kulubaev attends meeting of Central Asian foreign ministers

Bishkek, May 14, 2022. /Kabar/. Tajikistan’s Dushanbe city hosted on Friday a meeting of foreign ministers of Central Asian countries. Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev took part in the meeting, which was also attended by Foreign Ministers of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi, Tajikistan Sirodjiddin Mukhriddin, Acting Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov, and Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Vepa Hajiyev. During the meeting, the foreign ministers discussed implementation of agreements on the results of the Consultative Meeting of Heads of State of Central Asia of Aug. 6, 2021. The participants of the meeting emphasized the importance of regular meetings of Central Asian leaders, noting the significance of the unique five-sided platform to discuss a wide range of issues of regional cooperation. Kyrgyz FM Jeenbek Kulubaev expressed the hope that the upcoming Consultative Meeting of the Heads of States of Central Asia on July 21 in Kyrgyzstan will make a significant contribution to the further development and deepening of regional cooperation.
