FM Informs His Egyptian Counterpart The Details Of The Turkish Attack On Iraqi Forces

Baghdad / NINA /- Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein informed his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shoukry of the details of the recent Turkish attack on the Iraqi border guards. The official spokesman for the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, Ahmed Hafez, said, "Shoukry confirmed, during the phone call, Egypt's full support for Iraq, and its permanent support for everything that preserves its security, as well as condemning any Turkish practices that detract from Iraqi sovereignty and attack its lands." He added, "The two ministers agreed to continue coordination and consultations between them to face the current challenges." / End
