FANA Directors & Chief Editors Visit QNA Headquarters,

Doha, November 22 (QNA) - A ranking delegation comprising the Directors and chief editors of the Arab news agencies, members of the Federation of Arab News Agency (FANA) who are attending the 39th edition of FANA general assembly conference which kicked off earlier Monday at the Four Seasons Hotel, on Tuesday visited Qatar News Agency (QNA) headquarters and were welcomed by its Director General Ahmed Saad Al Buanain who is also the FANA's new president . The delegation got acquainted with the key developments QNA has witnessed recently on the organisational, vocational and technological levels and the tangible expansion of its political, economic, cultural and sporting news items in addition to new Qatarkids services and the numerous cultural publications it has been issuing. For his part, Director of QNA's News Department Abdullah al Muzaffar, who is also QNA's Chief delegate to the 39th session of the FANA general assembly, presented a detailed explanation to the FANA distinguished guests on the QNA's several departments, editing and technical sections and the role played by those departments and sections to provide integrated and best news service to the subscribers around the clock.
