Famous names in management of Turkish diaspora

ISTANBUL (A.A) - Renowned names from all around the world have entered the High Advisory Council (YIK) of the World Turkish Business Council (DTIK). Following the World Turkish Entrepreneurs Congress, organized by the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) and Turkish Economy Ministry, an election was made for the new management of the World Turkish Business Council. DTIK's Executive Board includes names as DEIK Chairman Rifat Hisarciklioglu, DEIK's Rona Yircali, CEO of Coca Cola Corporation Muhtar Kent, Honorary President of Koc Holding Rahmi Koc, CEO of Sabanci Holding Guler Sabanci, DEIK's Zeynel Abidin Erdem, CEO of Calik Holding Ahmet Calik, and Director General of Ziraat Bankasi Huseyin Aydin. The number of individuals in DTIK's Executive Board has risen from 7 to 14. Many new names have entered the YIK. Chaired by Muhtar Kent, the YIK added renowned doctor Mehmet Oz to its group of directors. Among the names to serve in the YIK are the CEO of Western Union Hikmet Ersek, Director General of Turkcell Sureyya Ciliv, CEO of Borajet Yalcin Ayasli and Microsoft's Caglayan Arkan.
