Facing agendas target undermining Arab stability stressed

Manama, Jan 12 (BNA): Chairman of Shura Committee on Legislative and Legal Affairs, Dalal Jassim Al-Zayed, pointed out the Arab Parliament's call for unifying Arab stance to stand against threats and agendas aimed at destabilizing the security and stability of Arab countries, mainly the Iranian interference in the region's countries. Arab Parliament's statement came in response to the attacks on Headquarters of the Saudi Embassy and its consulate in Mashhad, which are in violation of international norms and conventions. Al-Zayed welcomed the AP's President Ahmed Al-Jarwan's condemnation of the terrorist acts and parties supporting them targeting destabilizing Bahrain's security and stability. Al-Zayed chaired Bahrain's parliamentary delegation at the Arab Parliament meetings being held in Cairo. Where obstacles challenging the Arab Convention on Suppression of Terrorism and Arab Convention on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing were discussed.
