Energy minister receives Shura member

Manama, Aug. 20 (BNA): Energy Minister Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza received here today the Chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee at the Shura Council Khalid Hassan Al-Musqati. The minister discussed with the Shura member a number of issues, including ways to enhance cooperation between the executive and legislative branches to achieve the common goals of serving the citizens. Other issues of mutual concern were also reviewed. The Shura member valued highly the tremendous efforts exerted by the officials and staff of the energy sector, particularly the minister, who, he said, spares no effort to cooperate with the legislative branch.
