Energy Minister receives Parliament's secretary-general

Manama, Aug. 19 (BNA): Energy Minister Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza received the Secretary-General of the Council of Representatives, Abdullah Khalaf Al Dossary . The minister praised the efforts of the Council's secretary-general in coordination and follow up between the legislature and the executive branch represented in all governmental ministries and institutions. The minister said the energy sector expresses all readiness for cooperation with the legislature on all issues and maters of concern to serve citizens. The two sides also explored common topics pertaining to oil, gas, electricity and water. The secretary-general expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to the minister and energy officials for their efforts and cooperation with the Council of Representatives and provision of the quality services to all citizens.
