Energy and Industry Minister Attends Ceremony of Start of Gas transportation Pipeline from Iran to Pakistan

Tehran, March 11 (QNA) - On behalf of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, HE Minister of Energy and Industry Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al Sada, attended in the ceremony, which was held today on the Iranian - Pakistani Border on the occasion of the start of implementation of the gas transportation pipeline from Iran to Pakistan. The ceremony was held under the auspices and in the presence of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and President of the Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari, as well as a large number of ministers and guests. On this occasion, HE Dr. Sada conveyed the greetings of HH the Emir to the Iranian President, and his wishes for him of good health and safety, and for the relations between the two countries of further progress and prosperity. HE Dr. Al Sada and the accompanying delegation returned to Doha this afternoon after the end of the visit.(QNA)
