Encouraging Bahraini-Indian Investment cooperation underlined

Manama, June 15 (BNA): Bahraini members of the Bahrain-India Joint Committee today held a regular meeting chaired by Executive Office member Khalid Al-Amin. The meeting highlighted exploring investment opportunities available in both countries, promoting investment in Bahrain and accentuating Bahrain's economic and investment environment supported by national laws and legislations suitable for attracting investment into the country. The meeting reviewed preparations for hosting an Indian delegation in current June, in addition to urging trade sectors of both countries to establish joint cooperation in line with investment opportunities available in the two countries, mainly food security. The meeting also discussed preparations for participating in the joint meeting to be held in Delhi next September.
