Diplomatic Institute Trainees Visit Museum of Islamic Art

Doha, May 04 (QNA) - Trainees at the foreign ministry's Diplomatic Institute visited on Saturday the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA), the third for the Institute's trainees after similar visits last year. During the tour, they were taken through a briefing tour at the different exhibition halls that featured collections from Qatar, Spain, China, Turkey and Iran. As the tour ended, Amina Al-Hamadi, who accompanied trainees, thanked the management of the museum for their keenness on cooperation with the Diplomatic Institute. The Institute organizes these tours to educate its trainees about the history of art in Qatar and Islamic countries. (QNA)
