Deputy premier receives US ambassador

Manama, Feb. 12. (BNA) – Deputy Premier Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the newly-appointed US Ambassador to Bahrain William V. Roebuck. The Deputy Premier welcomed the new envoy, and wished him every success in consolidating the existing solid Bahraini-US relations. Ambassador Roebuck expressed sincere thanks to the Deputy Premier for the meeting. He lauded the advanced level of bilateral relations and joint cooperation in all fields.
