Deputy premier receives San Diego University delegation

Manama, Apr. 5. (BNA) -- Deputy Premier Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received the wife of the former US Ambassador to Bahrain and its Honorary Consul-General in California Dr. Charles Hostler, the Dean of the College of Arts and Letters at San Diego State University in California Dr. Paul Wong and their accompanying delegation. The Deputy Premier lauded the scientific and diplomatic achievements of the late Dr. Hostler. He also praised the studies and research conducted on international and strategic affairs by the Charles Hostler Institute of World Affairs at San Diego State University. The delegation said they were looking forward to boosting joint cooperation in scientific fields and exchanging expertise with the University of Bahrain.
