Deputy premier receives Indian ambassador

Manama, July 14 (BNA): Deputy Premier HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today the newly-appointed Indian Ambassador to Bahrain Alok Kumar Sinha. The deputy premier affirmed the solid Bahraini-Indian relations, and praised the contributions of the Indian expatriate community to the kingdom’s development programmes. He wished the new envoy every success in developing bilateral relations for the common interests of the two friendly peoples. Ambassador Sinha expressed thanks to the deputy premier for the audience, affirming interest to enhance bilateral relations and joint cooperation in all fields.
