Deputy Premier receives Indian ambassador

Manama, July 12 (BNA): Deputy Premier Jawad bin Salem Al-Arayad received here today the newly-appointed Indian Ambassador to Bahrain Alok Kumar Sinha. The deputy premier wished the new envoy a successful diplomatic mission, pledging that he will be provided with all kinds of support from the kingdom’s officials. He lauded the steady progress of the Bahraini-Indian relations in all fields. Ambassador Alok Kumar Sinha expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the deputy premier for the meeting, affirming that the leadership’s warm welcome and cooperation pledge will enable him to assume his diplomatic duties easily and open up new horizons of bilateral cooperation at the cultural, trade and social levels.
