Cultural Salon to Organize Seminar on Establishing Strong Cultural Dialogue in Arab World

Doha , June 04 (QNA) - The Cultural Salon of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage will organize on Thursday a seminar of enriching cultural dialogue and the impact of Arab Spring. Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leader Dr. Mohammed Al Beltagi and Egyptian political researcher Dr. Amr Ali Hassan will lecture in the seminar. The seminar will take place at the Ministry of Culture's building in Dafna. It will be moderated by the Editor-In-Chief of Qatar Tribune newspaper Dr. Hassan Al Ansari. The topic of the seminar was chosen in light of the developments in the Arab World, particularly after the Arab Spring, as societies face a real challenge in establishing a dialogue that helps them face the political crises. Al Beltagi graduated from Al Azhar's Medicine School in 1988. He is a former member of parliament and has published a book on why Egypt failed to make the necessary reforms during the 2005-2010 period. As for his counterpart Hassan, he graduated from Cairo University's Political Science School. Alongside being a political researcher specialized in studying Islamic movements, he is also a novelist. He has previously won Al Sheikh Zayed's Book Award. (QNA)
