CSB receives Palestinian delegation

Manama, Aug. 23 (BNA): The Civil Service Bureau (CSB)'s Chairman Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed received the Palestinian National Authority (PA)'s Public Employees Bureau (PEB)'s delegation during their visit to the CSB building. The Palestinian delegation was headed by the Director General of Information Technology, Jamal Abu Shanab. The visit was arranged by the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), during which they were familiarized with the CSB's role, current and future projects as well as its accomplishments in developing efficient national staff in line with the Government's vision and aspirations. The delegation praised the CSB's accomplished programmes and projects in boosting the performance of public institutions and enhanced the quality of services provided to citizens, human resources development, training programmes and improvement of job performance as well as cutting-edge technology programmes and software that regulate workflow and departmental linkage with the CSB.
