Crown Prince highlights commitment to economic development

Manama, June 24 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister this evening visited the Majlis of Shaikh Mustafa bin Abdulatif, the Majlis of the sons of the late Abdulkareem Ahmed Al Ansari, and the Majlis of Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Mannai. His Royal Highness emphasised that Bahraini citizens’ commitment to the country is underpinned by deep-rooted national values. He highlighted that under the development programme of His Majesty King Hamad, this commitment continues to grow and supports the Kingdom’s prosperity. His Royal Highness then touched on Bahrain’s economic development and highlighted the important role played by the trade and manufacturing sectors in further supporting the Kingdom’s economic diversification strategy. His Royal Highness also highlighted ongoing efforts to create a more conducive environment for international investment within Bahrain, and added that as part of these efforts the Kingdom is determined to improve its productivity and competitive standings in the region. For their part, Shaikh Mustafa bin Abdulatif, the late Abdulkarim Al Anari’s sons, and Abdullah Al Mannai expressed their gratitude for His Royal Highness’ visits, and highlighted His Royal Highness’ commitment to his annual Majlis visits during the holy month of Ramadan. They went on to emphasise the Kingdom’s clear commitment to bolstering economic and trade sectors.
