Crown Prince highlights Bahrain’s diversity,business com munity role

Manama, June 29 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister this evening visited the Majlis of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Majlis of the sons of the late Abdul Hameed Abdul Jabbar Al Kooheji, the Majlis of the late Ghazi bin Abdulrahman Suhail Algosaibi, and the Majlis of the Kooheji family. During the Majlis visits, His Royal Highness highlighted Bahrain’s longstanding track record of embracing religious and cultural diversity, and emphasisied that this commitment is underpinned by His Majesty King Hamad’s role in reinforcing the principles of unity and tolerance within Bahrain’s communities. In this regard, His Royal Highness underlined the importance of continuing to unite against threats which seek to undermine regional security. Turning to the role of Bahrain’s business community and entrepreneurs, His Royal Highness highlighted their contribution to the Kingdom’s economic development, and emphasised their role in supporting the Kingdom’s programme of sustainable development. The hosts and guests of the Majlises expressed their gratitude for His Royal Highness’ visit, and highlighted His Royal Highness’ ongoing and wide-ranging engagement with Bahrain’s citizens and families. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa accompanied His Royal Highness during his visits.
