Crisis center says 582 people died, 4,152 others injured

VAN (A.A) - October 29, 2011 - A crisis center set up in the eastern province of Van following last week's devastating earthquake announced on Saturday the death toll as 582. The crisis center said 455 of 582 people died in Van's Ercis town, and the quake wounded 4,152 people. A 7.2 magnitude earthquake jolted Van last Sunday.
