Constitutional Court receives Saudi military delegation

Manama, Nov. 19 (BNA): A delegation from the Armed Forces of Saudi Arabia, headed by Lieutenant Commander Mohammed bin Salem Al-Qahtani paid today a field visit to the Constitutional Court. The delegation was welcomed by the Director of Media and International Relations Shaikh Khalid bin Isa Al Khalifa, who said that this visit reflects the deep-rooted bilateral relations and affirms the President of the Constitutional Court's keenness on supporting these field visits to benefit from the exchanged expertise. The delegation were informed by Shaikh Khalid and Director of Legal Affairs and Registration Mohammed Abdulla Al-Kuwari about the history of judiciary in the Kingdom of Bahrain, establishment of modern civil state and court's facilities and procedures. The delegation members expressed their admiration of the Constitutional Court's judicial procedures and facilities and expressed thanks and appreciation for the President of the Constitutional Court for the warm welcome. The delegation was accompanied by First-Lieutenant khalid khalifa Al-Dossary from the Military Judiciary at Bahrain Defence Force (BDF).
