Commander-in-chief praises ties with France

Manama, Dec. 19 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa attended last night a dinner banquet hosted by the French Ambassador to Bahrain Bernard Régnauld-Fabre in honour of the French Minister of State for Veterans and Remembrance Jean-Marc Todeschini, currently on a visit to the kingdom. The commander-in-chief lauded the solid Bahraini-French relations of friendship, praising the steady progress of military cooperation. Ways to enhance bilateral military relations and issues of common interest were discussed.
