Commander-in-Chief inspects BDF units

Manama, Sept. 3 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa today paid inspection visits to a number of BDF units. He was briefed about the units' latest development plans and advanced technical systems, and inspected their equipment and military preparedness. The commander-in-chief lauded BDF's development and modernisation plans, as well as training methods. He said that BDF would carry on its plans to upgrade the level of its affiliates in accordance with the latest military and combat systems so as to enable them to perform their duties in the best way. He expressed sincere appreciation to BDF affiliates for their dedication, and keenness to assume their national duties in the best way round the clock.
