CIO hosts workshop

Manama, May 18 (BNA): A workshop on "The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s General Frame of Descriptive Statistical Data" (GSBPM) is being hosted by the Central Informatics Organisation (CIO) in cooperation with the GCC Statistics Centre chaired by Dr. Nabil Mohammed Shams the Director-General for Public Statistics in the CIO. The first of its type in the GCC, the four-day workshop is taking place in Manama with participation of several experts from GCC countries who are well-versed on Bahrain's governmental sector .
