Car robbery gang members arrested

Manama, July 18 (BNA): General Director of the Southern Governorate Police announced on Monday the arrest of a gang of seven who robbed a number of cars and things inside them in East Riffa. He said that the security directorate had received notifications about a number of car theft cases. Investigation, he added, led to the arrest of the suspects who confessed the crime. Legal proceedings are being taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution. (MOI)
