Cabinet will support large industrial enterprises – Chairman Zhaparov

Bishkek, June 10, 2022 . /Kabar/ . Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov familiarized with the production processes at the Textile Trans factory for the production of cotton products and the Interglass plant for the production of sheet glass, the press service of the Cabinet reported Friday. "The Cabinet of Ministers will support industrial enterprises to increase production and create new jobs for the population. The created Development Bank will finance large industrial enterprises. We are aimed at industrialization of national economy with introduction of new methods in economy management,” Akylbek Zhaparov said. During the visit to the knitting factory, a loan agreement was signed between the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and Textile Trans LLC for a USD 7.5 million loan to implement the second phase of the textile factory's development, which provides for a 2.5 times increase in productivity and creation of additional 200 jobs. As of today, the Textile Trans group includes four factories. Interglass glass factory is the largest producer of float glass in Central Asia, the products of the factory correspond to the international standard.
