Botanical Dictionary Published in DPRK

Pyongyang, August 21 (KCNA) -- The Botany Institute of the State Academy of Sciences in the DPRK released a botanical dictionary (Vol. for spore-bearing plants). The dictionary carries botanical names of over 52 000 spore-bearing plants in five languages, dividing them into moss tribe, fungus tribe, algae tribe, etc. The publication of the dictionary will be conducive to making effective use of plant resources. -0-
