BEST STUDENTS IN TURKISH RECEIVE ISTANBUL TRIP AS AWARD
SARAJEVO (A.A) - 25.06.2010 - Top 88 students out of a total of around 3,000 students who have completed a ten-month course to learn Turkish language have left Sarajevo for Istanbul on Friday.
Over three thousand students from Bosnia, Serbia and Croatia received their certificates on June 23 after completing successfully a ten-month course to learn Turkish language.
The student of ages between 7 and 18 attended the courses, organized by the Turkish Representation within the EUFOR, in 34 schools in 15 different cities with instructors from Turkology departments from Turkey and Bosnia.
A group of top 88 students in the courses will enjoy a four-day trip to Istanbul between June 25-28 as their accommodation and flight expenses will be covered by the EUFOR Turkish Representation.
The students will visit historic and touristic attractions of Istanbul.
