BDF conducts joint BIAS 2016 contingency plan drill

Manama, Jan. 5 (BNA): The Bahrain Defence Force, the Interior Ministry, the National Guard, the Civil Aviation Affairs and the Bahrain Airport Company will conduct at the Sakhir Airbase and the roads leading to the Military Hospital a joint field exercise on Wednesday, as part of the preparations for Bahrain International Air Show (BIAS) 2016 contingency plan. The exercise aims to enhance coordination among the relevant sides, and boost preparedness to handle any emergency incident and train in evacuating the wounded to the Military Hospital.
