BCCI chairman receives Swedish Ambassador

Manama, Sept. 9 (BNA): Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)'s Chairman Khalid Abdulrahman Al Moayyed on Tuesday received the Ambassador of Sweden to Bahrain, Jan Thesleff. The meeting mulled broadening cooperation between Kingdom of Bahrain and Kingdom of Sweden, and boosting the volume of bilateral trade between both countries which stands at over two million U.S dollars up to July 2015 according to Bahrain Central Informatics Organization (CIO). Al Moayyed expressed keenness on cooperating with the ambassador and extending all possible support to spur business between both countries. The ambassador expressed similar keenness and exhibited areas with promising investment opportunities including the education, ICT, and life science field. Senior officials and administrative members of the Chamber also attended the meeting.
