Bangladesh Information Minister Praises Qatar's Support

Dhaka, April 09 (QNA) - Bangladesh Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu has lauded Qatar's influential role at all levels and its stances towards various issues .. He said, "Qatar is a great country with great attitudes." In a statement to delegate of Qatar News Agency (QNA) in Dhaka, the Minister also praised the close relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Bangladesh, describing them as "strong and historic ." He also commended Qatar's support to Bangladesh in many situations and events over many years, stressing that this support started since the independence of Bangladesh in 1971 and has been continuing in a remarkable development year after year. He stressed the importance of Qatar's investments to achieve the desired growth in Bangladesh and increase the bonds of the fruitful cooperation between the two countries. Bangladesh has a favourable climate for investment, both for governments, corporations, or individuals, he noted, adding that his country has taken all necessary measures to facilitate investment opportunities in various sectors.(QNA)
