London, May 3 (BNA): At the invitation of Bahrain's Ambassador to the UK Alice Thomas Samaan, the Cultural Advisor at the Bahraini Embassy here Sabah Abdulrahman Al-Zayani gave a presentation about education in Bahrain in the presence of a British Women delegation, who visited the Embassy to learn about the kingdom.
The presentation focused on the various services provided by the Ministry of Education, and its tremendous efforts and pioneering initiatives to advance education in Bahrain.
Members of the delegation expressed admiration of the advanced level of the educational process in the Kingdom, especially regarding the integration of students with special needs in public schools, where they are provided with all necessary facilities to enjoy their right to learning.
They also praised the kingdom's schools' introduction of e-learning, and efforts to improve the quality of teaching, develop curricula and include the principles of human rights, citizenship and national belonging within the educational system.
The British women delegation also lauded the level of high education in Bahrain, especially regarding the number of public and private high education institutions, and the Education Ministry's support for them.
