Bahrain's Deputy Premier receives award-winning teachers, students

Manama, Dec. 11 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received the winners of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and UAE Armed Forces Deputy Supreme Commander HH Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s Best Gulf Teacher Award. The award-winning teachers were: Ameena Nabil Al Romaihi, Moneera Khalid Al Zayani, Sumaiya Hassan Yaquot, and Wafa Salem Rajab. HH Shaikh Mohammed also received the winners of UAE’s Asia Skills Contest 2018 held under the auspices of HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, President of Emirates Foundation. The award-winning students were: Shaikha Al Abbasi, Abdullah Ghallab, and Majid Darwish. HH Shaikh Mohammed congratulated the winners on their achievement, praising the educational role of the high-level award launched by HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to encourage excellence and creativity. He also praised the Bahrainis keenness to achieve the top results in the field of education and other fields, reaffirming the government’s high prioritizing of education as the main goals to achieve within its developmental plans and programmes. Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi and senior ministry officials were also present.
