Bahraini-Thai relations highlighted

Manama, Aug 23 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa today received the outgoing Thai Ambassador to Bahrain Vichai Varasirikul. HRH Premier hailed the way the Thai government has handled the criminal events took place in Bangkok which left many innocent victims. He reiterated condemnation of the criminal act which is rejected by all religions and human and moral values, underlining Bahrain's support for all measures the Kingdom of Thailand to adopt to maintain its security and stability. HRH Premier commended the Bahraini-Thai relations and the solid cooperation in all fields, underscoring keenness to further broaden them in the interest of the two countries and their peoples. HRH Premier lauded the efforts of the outgoing Thai Ambassador in promoting the march of cooperation between the two kingdoms, wishing him success in his future diplomatic missions. Thai Ambassador expressed appreciation of the Bahraini government's supportive stances toward the Kingdom of Thailand at various levels. He noted HRH Premier's role in uplifting the bilateral cooperation and the government's support that has facilitated his diplomatic mission in Bahrain.
