Bahraini-Jordanian judicial cooperation discussed

Manama, Dec 22 (BNA): President of the Supreme Judicial Council, President of the Court of Cassation, Advisor Salim bin Mohammed Al-Kuwari, has received Judge Ihsan Barakat of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Al-Kuwari welcomed cooperation with the Jordanian side and stressed keenness to develop the judicial system in Bahrain. The visit aims to discuss the role of women in the judicial system with women's members and trainees of the Judges of the future project. It also aims to provide a workshop for the same trainees on the ethics of the judicial profession, as well as ways to develop the judicial inspection.
