Bahraini-Japanese economic ties hailed

Manama, Apr. 8. (BNA) – Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Abdulla Fakhro received here today the Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Shigeki Sumi, in the presence of the Japanese Commercial Attaché to Bahrain Hiroyuki Mitsui. Dr. Fakhro lauded the solid Bahraini-Japanese economic relations, expressing the constant keenness of the Government of Bahrain to strengthen ties with all countries of the world, especially in the economic field. He highlighted the Industry and Commerce Ministry's efforts and programmes aiming to boost relations with friendly Japan and increase the volume of trade exchange with it. He praised the crucial role played by diplomacy in consolidating joint cooperation and coordination. The Japanese envoy expressed sincere congratulations to the government and the Industry and Commerce Ministry for their efforts to bolster bilateral relations. W H Q
