Bahrain-US military relations reviewed

Manama, Apr. 21 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received here today the Commander of the US Central Command General Lloyd J. Austin and his accompanying delegation. The BDF Commander-in-Chief reviewed with the delegation the existing Bahraini-US military cooperation and coordination, lauding the advanced level of the friendly bilateral ties. Issues of mutual interest were also discussed. Defence Ministry's Undersecretary Major-General Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Director of Military Security Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, Inspector-General Major-General Abdulla Hassan Al-Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Logistics Rear Admiral Yussef Ahmed Malallah and the Commander of the Royal Bahrain Air Force Air Vice-Marshal Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa attended.
