Bahrain-US military cooperation discussed

Manama, July 8 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received here today the US Ambassador to Bahrain William V. Roebuck, Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command and Commander of the Fifth Fleet Vice-Admiral John Miller and the accompanying delegation. They reviewed ways to promote bilateral relations and developments on all levels, particularly regarding joint military coordination and defence cooperation. They discussed matters of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by Director of Military Security Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, Inspector-General Major-General Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi and Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Logistics Rear Admiral Yusuf Ahmed Mal-Allah.
