Bahrain-US judicial cooperation discusses

Manama, Dec 9 (BNA): President of the Supreme Judicial Council, President of the Court of Cassation, Advisor Salim bin Mohammed Al-Kuwari, has received Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, John Tunheim, accompanied with an expert in criminal justice. Al-Kuwari highlighted opening new horizons of cooperation in the judicial area for the benefit of the community. The visit aims to discuss standards and methods of assessing criminal punishments to promote the community's confidence in judicial provisions.
