Bahrain-UK relations praised

Manama, May 6 (BNA): Chairman of Shura Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs Khalid Al-Maskati today received British Ambassador to Bahrain, Iain Lindsay, and hailed the efforts of UK Embassy in reinforcing the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two kingdoms. The two sides discussed local and regional development and topics of joint interest. British Ambassador commended the role of legislative branch in boosting bilateral relations between the two countries and their people, looking forward to further cooperation.
