Bahrain takes part in COMCEC meeting

Ankara, Nov. 25 (BNA): Bahraini Ambassador to Turkey Dr. Ibrahim Yousef Al-Abduallah led Bahrain's delegation to the 31st session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC) which is held in Istanbul from November 23 to 26. Participants discussed partnership between the public and private sectors in developing tourism in the member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Discussions also focused on ways of carrying out the sustainable development scheme for the year 2030 which was approved by the UN General Assembly last September.
