Bahrain-Swiss health relations discussed

Manama, May. 5. (BNA) – Minister of Health Dr. Sadiq bin Abdulkarim Al-Shehabi received here today the Swiss Honorary Consul-General to Bahrain Humbert Vincent Buemi. The Minister wished the Honorary Consul-General every success in boosting the friendly bilateral relations. He reviewed with him ways of bolstering Bahraini-Swiss relations in all fields, especially the health one through increasing the visits of Swiss doctors to Bahrain, holding training sessions and exchanging expertise in medical services. The Swiss envoy expressed delight at representing his country in Bahrain. He voiced pride in the good relations bonding the two friendly countries, and expressed gratitude and appreciation to the wise leadership, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, for the efforts exerted to enhance ties with his country, wishing Bahraini-Swiss relations further progress. He thanked the Health Minister for the meeting, and valued highly his interest to consolidate bilateral relations. W H Q
