Bahrain, Russia sign three agreements in health care, services

Manama, Jan 21 (BNA): Capital Governorate has witnessed signing three agreements of cooperation in the field of health care and health services between the Kingdom of Bahrain representative Hospital Royal Bahrain and the city of St. Petersburg Russian representative companies: Millennium Business Securities, Ohneshaden Clinic, Medical-pharmaceutical projects XXI century. The agreements include the establishment of a Department for Cancer treatment at royal Bahrain Hospital, and provide the hospital with the latest equipment and Russian technologies used at hospitals in Russia. Capital Governor Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa said "witnessing signing this agreements is a great accomplishment for the Kingdom of Bahrain in field of medical care , specially using the latest technologies in cancer treatments will increase the quality of healthcare services". President of the Royal Bahrain Hospital Ahmed Jawahery attended the signing ceremony and praised the supportive efforts of the Capital Governor that assist in broadening the partnership between the Capital Governorate and the city of St. Petersburg, Russia.
