Bahrain participates in UNCCPCJ-Doha

, Apr. 9 (BNA): Upon directives from the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Works, Municipalities & Urban Planning for Roads Huda Fakhro paid an inspection visit to the Capital Governorate, in the presence of MP Nabeel Al Balooshi and representative of the 10th Constituency. The meeting highlighted a number of issues in the constituency, including providing additional access points along Road 4614 in Sanad, in order to alleviate traffic congestion and improve traffic flow especially during the morning hours. Also, the MP referred to water flooding in Block 745. Al Balooshi also requested the Ministry to pave the remainder of Road 4578 and connect it to the main highway to ease traffic flow, in addition to temporarily paving Road 4637 with asphalt, as it links Blocks 626 and 646 and serves most of the area residents. Fakhro directed the concerned engineers to study all proposals and assess their positive impact on organizing traffic in the area. At the end of the visit, Al Balooshi commended the Ministry’s constant collaboration and efforts to accommodate people’s needs in all the Kingdom’s Governorates. He also extended thanks to Eng. Fakhro for her visit and concern towards serving citizens and residents.
