Bahrain participates in Cairo International Book Fair

Cairo, Jan. 14 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain will participate as the Guest of Honour in the 47th Cairo International Book Fair, slated to be held her on January 27 till February 10. Bahrain's participation includes cultural and artistic activities as well as displaying of documentaries on Bahrain's history. The event takes place in Nasr City Exhibition Grounds and will be attended by 850 bookmakers from 21 Arab and African countries besides 13 Asian, South American and European countries. 250 Arab, 550 Egyptian, 50 international publishers in addition to 118 bookstalls will join the event, according to the Egyptian "Al Youm Al Sabi" daily.
